Our Story
The Canada-Africa Strategic Investment Group Inc. was founded in 2018 with a clear mission: to create meaningful, sustainable partnerships between Canadian businesses and the diverse, high-growth markets across Africa. From the beginning, we’ve been driven by a belief that successful international collaboration is built on trust, shared value, and a long-term vision.
In 2019, we hosted our inaugural flagship event—the Canada-Ghana Economic Summit—in Vancouver, British Columbia. This summit was more than just a conference; it was a private trade mission, organized in close partnership with the Ghana High Commission in Canada. We were honored to welcome senior officials from the Government of Ghana, alongside a curated group of prominent Canadian businesses. The event served as a high-impact platform for dialogue, relationship-building, and opportunity development between Canadian and Ghanaian stakeholders.
This milestone event laid the groundwork for everything we’ve done since. It reinforced our role as a trusted connector—facilitating partnerships that not only support Canadian companies in entering new markets but also contribute to the sustainable economic development of African countries.
Since then, we’ve continued to expand our reach and deepen our impact—helping businesses navigate international markets, building strategic alliances, and promoting responsible investment. We remain focused on fostering relationships that generate long-term growth for companies, communities, and countries alike.
